Terms of sale:

In accordance with English Law, once the customer has chosen a garment/item and a price has been agreed, a sale has taken place that is legally binding. This means no refund can be given or transferred to another garment/item after this point.

A payment is required in full or a payment plan that is decided and agreed by the customer and seller, maybe enforced at any time after the sale has taken place.

All deposits and subsequent payments are non refundable.

All wedding dresses sold by LJ Bridal Collection Ltd maybe new, ex-samples, or seconds and therefore are sold as seen on the day of purchase.

Failure to complete this contract by the customer may result in legal action being taken by LJ Bridal Collection Ltd to retrieve monies owed, including any additional costs incurred as a result. All garments/items remain the property of LJ Bridal Collection Ltd until paid for in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
